Abstract
The purpose of this experiment is to compare blood pressure, body composition, and physical strength of military science students who participated in Taekwondo class in a pandemic situation. 50 male and female military science major students in the Taekwondo class were grouped in two: contact class and non-contact class and they were compared and analyzed about blood pressure, body composition and physical fitness in this study. ANCOVA method was used to analyze each dependent variables. The blood pressure, body composition and physical fitness in the male group who performed the face-to-face group were improved compared to the non-face-to-face group. Also, the female group showed the same study results as the male group.
