Abstract

تعرضت هذه الدراسة إلي بيان نبوي کريم يحث المسلم علي الحفاظ علي سلامة الأبدان وطلب النجاة من سيء الأسقام، مع تفصيل القول في تعريف کل مرض ورد ذکره في الحديث الشريف، وما ترتب عليه من أحکام فقهية في أبواب العبادات والمعاملات، وذلک من خلال تخريج الحديث وبيان ألفاظه ورواياته، ثم الکلام علي إسناده، ثم شرح ألفاظ الحديث وبيان معناه، ثم التفصيل في فقه الحديث ويشتمل علي عدة مسائل فقهية. وجاءت الخاتمة متضمنة لأهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها من خلال هذا البحث This study was subjected to a generous prophetic statement urging the Muslim to preserve the integrity of the bodies and to seek salvation from bad sicknesses with detail in the definition of each disease mentioned in the noble tradition (hadith) and the consequent jurisprudential provisions in the chapters of worship and transactions through the documentation of the tradition (hadith), the statement Expressions and his narrations, then speaking on its chain of transmission, as well as explaining the words of the tradition (hadith) and explaining its meaning, then detailing the jurisprudence of the tradition (hadith) which includes several jurisprudential issues. The conclusion included the most important findings that I reached through this research
