Abstract

Tthis paper presents an actual problem of improving the processability of pipelines of ship systems at the design stage. The analysis of technological features of manufacturing ship's pipelines has been carried out. The current state of design, manufacture and installation of ship pipelines is considered. The review of research of compensation of deviations of pipeline routes is presented. The problem of improving the processability of pipelines of ship systems at the design stage is considered with the provision of the possibility to make pipes without taking dimensions in place and solving it in the context of studies of the relationship between configuration and compensation capabilities of pipeline routes. Modern methods of increasing technological efficiency of pipelines of ship systems during design, manufacturing and installation have been considered. Within the framework of the hypothesis of relationship between configuration and compensation capabilities of the project pipeline trace, the idea of using straight pipes for moving the pipeline route is stated in order to compensate for the errors in the manufacture of pipes and the installation of tightly fixed connections of equipment, saturation products, etc., which ensures the assemblability of the route without changing configuration of finished pipes. In the course of the research of compensation possibilities of the project routing of pipelines there has been given mathematical description of the compensation capabilities of pipeline routes by using straight pipes. 3D models of compensation area have been constructed. The necessary condition for full compensation of deviations without using measure pipes lies in the presence in the track of two pairs of straight pipes with non-planar directions. The theoretical basis for designing an automated program has been developed that will allow determining the areas of compensatory opportunities for pipeline routes.
