Abstract

In this study, it was confirmed that many steering wheel off-centered issues were included by analyzing the warranty data of vehicle pull. Customer awareness clinic was conducted on steering wheel off-centered. And when the audit process was improved according to the result of consumer awareness clinic, the improvement effect was expected, and process improvement suggestions were made. In addition, it was confirmed that not only the wheel alignment but also the steering wheel off-centered were stabilized after the rough road driving. Through the study of the improvements in the vehicle pull audit process, it can be concluded that better vehicle pull and steering wheel off-centered can be achieved inexpensively after vehicle assembly.
