Abstract

The optical properties of the polymer composition based on heat-resistant aromatic polyamide were established. An approach to the formation of three-dimensional micro-optical structures by the method of two-photon polymerization based on it has been developed. The regimes of polymer microoptical elements prototyping using a two-photon polymerization system with 525 nm wavelength laser source were worked out. The formed structures corresponded to the initial three-dimensional model, were optically transparent in the range from 450 nm to 1100 nm, including maintaining optical transparency after a series of heating cycles up to 300 ° C.
