Abstract
The article proposes a new approach to determining the quality of service for subscribers of mobile communication networks using rail transport. Communication problems arising during the movement of the train are discussed. The processes of customer service transfer (handover) are considered from one base station to another. A methodology is proposed that analyzes statistics on all handover events. It is noted that the results of the study will help telecom operators to investigate in more detail the radio coverage of their network in order to improve the quality of communication of passengers en route.
