Abstract

The sanctions policy has greatly complicated the economic situation in the country and its regions because the logistics of exports and imports have changed, there has been a structural transformation, the rupture of established ties, the formation of new ones. Sustainable development requires improving methodological approaches to assessing territorial differentiation and polarization, identifying stable developing regions, taking into account their competitive advantages.
