Abstract
The article deals with the organization of the educational process in conjunction with the needs of the labor market. The problems associated with the employment of higher education graduates are raised. Data on the characteristics of employment of graduates, the quality of the education received are given. The argumentation of the possibility of using foresight methods to take into account the needs of the labor market in the educational process is given.
