Abstract
The article studies the mechanism of foreclosure on such an intangible asset of the debtor as objects of exclusive rights. The features of the realization of the rights to exclusive rights in the bankruptcy of the debtor, the procedure for foreclosure, ways to include such a right in the bankruptcy estate are considered. The article also discusses the problems of valuation of such property
