ความคิดเห็นของประชาชนในตำบลตะคร้ำเอน อำเภอท่ามะกา จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี ต่อโครงการก่อสร้างทางหลวงพิเศษหมายเลข 81 (สายบางใหญ่-กาญจนบุรี) (The People Opinion in Takram-en Sub-district, Tha Maka District, Kanchanaburi Province, toward the Motorway 81 Construction Project (Bangyai-Kanchanaburi))

Thai Abstract: การวจยในครงนมวตถประสงค 1)เพอศกษาระดบความคดเหนของประชาชนในตำบลตะครำ เอน อำเภอทามะกา จงหวดกาญจนบรตอโครงการกอสรางทางหลวงพเศษหมายเลข 81 2) เพอศกษาปจจยทมความสมพนธกบความคดเหนของประชาชนในตาบลตะครำเอน อำเภอทามะกา จงหวดกาญจนบร ตอโครงการกอสรางทางหลวงพเศษหมายเลข 81 การวจยครงนใชแบบสอบถามเปนเครองมอในการเกบรวบรวมขอมลจากกลมตวอยางซงเปนหวหนาครวเรอนในตำบลตะครำเอน อำเภอ ทามะกา จงหวดกาญจนบร จำนวน 320 คน และสมภาษณเชงลกกบผนาชมชน จำนวน 5 คน ดวยวธการสมตวอยาง แบบแบงชนภมตามสดสวน หลงจากนนวเคราะหขอมลดวยโปรแกรมสาเรจรปทางสถต สถตทใชในการวเคราะหขอมล ไดแก คารอยละ คาเฉลย คาเบยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวเคราะหการแปรผน และการวเคราะหจา แนกพหใชในการทดสอบหาความสมพนธระหวางตวแปรอสระและตวแปรตาม โดยกำหนดคานยสา คญทางสถตทระดบ .05 ผลการวจยพบวา ความคดเหนของประชาชนในตำบลตะครำเอน อำเภอทามะกา จงหวดกาญจนบร ตอโครงการกอสรางทางหลวงพเศษหมายเลข 81 อยในระดบปานกลาง การทดสอบสมมตฐานพบวา ปจจยสวนบคคล ไดแก เพศ มความสมพนธกบ ความคดเหนของประชาชนตอโครงการฯ สวนอาย อาชพ ระยะเวลาทอาศยอยในชมชนหรอพนทไมมความสมพนธกบความคดเหนของประชาชนตอโครงการฯ ขณะทปจจยดานทอยอาศย ไดแก ลกษณะเขตทอยอาศย ประเภททอยอาศยความใกลหรอไกลของทอยอาศยกบพนทโครงการ ทดนทถกเวนคนไมมความสมพนธกบความคดเหนของประชาชนตอโครงการฯ สวนปจจยทเกยวของกบโครงการฯ ไดแก ความรความเขาใจเกยวกบโครงการ และความคาดหวงจากโครงการ มความสมพนธกบความคดเหนของประชาชนตอโครงการฯ สวนการรบรขาวสารเกยวกบโครงการ และการมสวนรวมในโครงการไมมความสมพนธกบความคดเหนของประชาชนตอโครงการ English Abstract: The main objectives of this research are 1) to examine people’s opinions towards the Motorway 81 Construction Project (Bangyai-Kanchanaburi) in Takram-en Sub-district, Tha Maka District, Kanchanaburi Province; 2) to study the factors which related to people’s opinions towards the Motorway 81 Construction Project (Bangyai-Kanchanaburi) in Takram-en Sub-district, Tha Maka District, Kanchanaburi Province This research used a questionnaire as a tool to collect data from the samples. There are 320 people who are householder in Takram-en Sub-district, Tha Maka District, Kanchanaburi Province. Together with using the depth-interviews with the 5 community leaders by using stratified random sampling method. The statistical employed for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, analysis of variance, multiple classification analysis (MCA) used to test the involvement between independent variables and dependent variables by determined the statistical significance at .05 level. The result indicated that people’s opinions towards the Motorway 81 Construction Project (Bangyai-Kanchanaburi) in Takram-en Sub-district, Tha Maka District, Kanchanaburi Province stated at average level. Hypothesis testing showed that Personal factors, including gender, related to people’s opinions towards the Motorway 81 Construction Project (Bangyai-Kanchanaburi). A part of age, occupations, duration of residence in the communities or the areas were not involved with people’s opinions towards the Motorway 81 Construction Project (Bangyai-Kanchanaburi). While residential factors, including residential areas, residential type, the distance between the residential and the project area, including expropriated land were not involve with people’s feedback. The factors that related to the project are cognition about this project and the expectations.
