Актуальные проблемы законодательного регулирования миграционных процессов на территории государств – участников СНГ (Международная научно-практическая конференция 14 октября 2022 г. Санкт-Петербургский университет МВД России: научные дискуссии о миграционном законодательстве)

Abstract

On October 14, 2022 at St. Petersburg University of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia within the framework of the scientific school «Administrative and administrative-procedural activity of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia» the annual International scientific-practical conference «Actual problems of legislative regulation of migration processes in the CIS member states» was held, where opinions on problematic issues of legislative regulation of migration processes, administrative-jurisdictional activity of internal affairs bodies of Russia were exchanged. The conference was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of foreign countries: Republic of Belarus, Republic of Kazakhstan, Republic of Uzbekistan, Republic of Tajikistan, Republic of Angola, Republic of Ghana, Republic of Guinea-Bissau, Republic of Congo, Republic of Nicaragua, Republic of El Salvador, State of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.
 The conference participants were of the same opinion on the need to strengthen both cooperation between practitioners of the internal affairs bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, state and other organisations working in the field of migration, and cooperation at the level of CIS member states, and states whose representatives were taking part in the conference.
