Abstract
The article presents the results of a study of food security processes based on the development of rapeseed production and processing under export contracts in the regions of Siberia. The consumption of vegetable oil per capita in individual countries and regions of the world is analyzed. The comparison of spot stock quotes and their dynamics for vegetable oils on the world market is carried out. Comparative characteristics of oilseeds are analyzed.
