Abstract

A brief analysis of the dynamics of growth in coal production for coking in Russia as a whole and including in the subjects of the Russian Federation over the past 7 years is reflected. The dynamics of the export and domestic market for the sale of coking coal in the conditions of sanctions pressure from unfriendly countries is presented. The internal and external conditions affecting the formation of prices, the cost of coal transportation are analyzed. A short-term forecast of the financial condition of the industry and the profitability of supplies of coking Russian coal is given.
