Abstract

The increase in the frequency of uterine fibroids among women planning pregnancy is an actual problem. This pathology is the most common benign tumor of the female reproductive system, leading to complications during pregnancy and childbirth. One of the methods of surgical treatment of uterine fibroids in a significant number of patients is myomectomy. Patients with a history of uterine fibroids and myomectomy require close observation and a balanced choice of delivery tactics. This article describes a clinical case of high-grade management of a patient with uterine fibroids after embolization of the uterine nodes and subsequent surgical removal of the subserous node of uterine fibroids.
