Abstract
The conducted studies reflect the results of studying the safety of pilot batches of an inactivated vaccine against escherichiosis, pseudomonosis and enterococcal infection in piglets manufactured at the FKP «Armavir biofactory», on outbred mice, rabbits, as well as suckling pigs and pregnant sows. Studies have shown that intramuscular administration of a biological preparation at the maximum tolerated doses to laboratory and productive animals did not lead to the detection of signs of acute and chronic toxicity and the manifestation of reactogenic reactions.
