Abstract

The article presents the experience of Karaganda Buketov University on the implementation of risk management into its business processes, on the formation of a culture of risk management. The implementation of risk management is based on five fundamental principles of an effective risk management culture, adherence to which can be traced at all stages of implementation. The purpose of the article is to show the integration of the forementioned principles in the process of implementing risk management at the university. In the context of the purpose of the study, the article describes in detail the stages of implementation, ways and mechanisms that contribute to the formation of a culture of risk management. The implementation of risk management at Karaganda Buketov University is based on a systematic approach with universal research methods.
