Based on the 417 samples obtained for empirical research this study reviewed the reliability and fitness of the research model and verified a total 5 hypotheses using the AMOS program(18.0). The hypothesized relationships in the model were simultaneously tested by suing a structural equation model(SEM). The SEM showed that narcissism had a negative significant influence on job engagement and had a positive significant influence on counterproductive work behavior. Also, job engagement had a negative significant influence on counterproductive work behavior. The limitations of the current study and recommendations for further research were explained as well.
