Abstract
This article examines the practice of implementing independent qualification assessment as an important tool of the personnel management system in the organization, briefly presents the theoretical and legal characteristics of independent qualification assessment, professional standards, the history of their implementation in PJSC Rosseti Yug. Particular attention is paid to the results of the implementation of the personnel assessment procedure for the period 2019-2022.
