Abstract

The problem of involvement of lying wastes of copper-pyrite ore processing into industrial exploitation considering transformation of their material composition and structure in the process of storage is considered. By the example of old tailings dump of Sibai concentrator patterns of humidity, pH of environment and solubility of mineral forms on depth of technogenic massif are established. The peculiarities of the structure of the technogenic mineral formation are marked; based on the results of geological and evaluation works the hypergenesis zone, which differs by mineral composition, structure and properties of the stockpiled raw materials, is singled out. A method of zoning the technogenic formation by depth to choose the technology of its development is proposed.
