Abstract

It has been studied that in modern socio-economic conditions, in the conditions of the pandemic and the war with the Russian Federation, the load on public service personnel increases significantly. That is why for many health management systems in public institutions, there is an objective need to develop and implement health-saving technologies. It was found that health- preserving technologies ensure the formation of health-preserving and health- developing competencies in the public service personnel, the corresponding health culture, and the establishment of the priority of a healthy lifestyle. It was found that modern health-saving technologies are divided into three directions: technologies of saving and stimulating health, technologies of teaching a healthy lifestyle, and corrective technologies. It was determined that the quality of the work process and the psychological comfort of public service personnel depend on the health of the head of public administration. It is emphasized that the manager's health is a necessary condition for his active life and self-realization. It affects the health of the staff and the results of all work. An unhealthy manager cannot provide an employee with the necessary level of attention and individual approach. It is noted that the problem of maintaining and strengthening the manager's health should be one of the priorities in the sphere of his life and professional interests, as well as in the activities of the head of a public administration institution. It was noted that medical units in public service institutions should have equipment for treatment and preventive measures. Conditions for industrial gymnastics, industrial- recreational and preventive physical culture should be created in production units. It was noted that the most important condition that ensures success in improving the health of personnel is compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. It is noted that one of the necessary conditions for healthy and highly productive work is to ensure clean air and normal conditions in the working area of the premises. It is emphasized that health-protecting technologies should organically fit not only into the production process, but also into the entire life of the participants of this process. This can be achieved by involving family members of employees in the health care activities by organizing various mass events.
