The review provides data of literature search for the management of pulmonary TB with multiple or extensive drug resistance. It also represents the analysis of relevant recommendations of the World Health Organization (WHO) and applicable regulatory documents of the Russian Federation on chemotherapy of children and adolescents with drug– resistant TB.
