Abstract

This article explores the impact of healthy lifestyle on students’ professional goals and successes, and offers recommendations that can be considered in educational programs to improve the quality of learning. The main purpose of the article is to investigate and substantiate the relationship between healthy lifestyle and professional training of students. To achieve this goal the following tasks were set: to determine the causes of health decline, to analyze the impact of health on academic performance and future career. The method of research is the analysis of scientific literature, study of documents such as: training programs, study of theoretical material on the discipline of “Physical Education and Sport”.
