العوامل ذات العلاقة باختيار الجامعات لدى المبتعثين السّعوديّين الدّراسين في بريطانيا (دراسة ميدانيّة )

Abstract

ملخص الدراسة : هدفت الدراسة إلى الکشف عن العوامل ذات العلاقة باختيار طلاب وطالبات الدراسات العليا المبتعثين للجامعات في بريطانيا من وجهة نظرهم ؛ ولتحقيق ذلک الهدف تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي ، فطبقت أداة الدراسة ) الاستبانة( وذلک بهدف التعرف على رأي الطلبة والطالبات المبتعثين عن العوامل ذات العلاقة باختيارهم للجامعات البريطانية ، وقد طبقت الاستبانة إلکترونيا على (مئة وسبعة وخمسين ) مبتعثا في الجامعات البريطانية ، موزعة على متغيرات الدراسة . وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن العوامل الأکاديمية ذات العلاقة أکثر تأثيرا على قرار اختيار الجامعات لدى المبتعثين السعوديين الدارسين في بريطانيا ، وتمثلت في سهولة التواصل مع المشرف في الجامعة ، ثم تلتها العوامل الإدارية والتنظيمية وتمثلت في سهولة الحصول على البيانات والمعلومات حول الجامعة ، وبعدها جاءت العوامل الاجتماعية التي تتمثل في توفر بيئة اجتماعية مريحة للمبتعث/ة في المدينة التي تقع فيها الجامعة .ومن أبرز توصيات البحث: تکثيف جهود وزارة التعليم في إقامة دورات تدريبية حول آلية اختيار الجامعات ، والرفع من کفاءة أداء المشرف الأکاديمي في الملحقيات الثقافية في دول الابتعاث . الکلمات المفتاحية: العوامل – الابتعاث الخارجي – اختيار الجامعات Abstract: The study aimed to reveal the factors related to the selection of students and graduate students of scholarships for universities in Britain from their point of view. British, and the questionnaire was applied electronically to (155) scholarships in the British universities, distributed among the study variables. The study concluded that the relevant academic factors have more influence on the decision to choose universities for Saudi scholars who are studying in Britain, which was represented in the ease of communication with the supervisor at the university, then administrative and organizational factors followed, and the ease of obtaining data and information about the university, then the social factors were represented in Provides a comfortable social environment for the scholarship in the city in which the university is located. Among the most prominent recommendations of the research: Intensifying the efforts of the Ministry of Education in conducting training courses on the mechanism of choosing universities, and raising the efficiency of the academic supervisor’s performance in cultural attaches In scholarship countries.
