Abstract

The article reveals the principles of the closed-cycle economy, on the basis of which the production structures of the fisheries complex have the opportunity, by recycling waste, to reduce environmental risks, expand the range of fish products to ensure food security. The closed-cycle economy is a strategic direction for moving towards a new technological order, increasing added value and changing approaches to fisheries management. The closed-cycle economy leads to the sustainable development of the Russian fisheries complex.
