Abstract

The paper deals with the forensic characteristics of the minor’s personality involved in crimes and (or) antisocial actions by adult citizens as well as the development features of the minor’s value system and the functional role of an adult in this regard. The main task of the state is to care about children, pro-tect adolescents from all forms of violence, exploita-tion and abuse, namely, involvement in crimes, anti-social actions (drinking alcohol, taking intoxicants, vagrancy, begging). While involving persons under the age of eighteen in crimes, adult citizens pose a threat to society and the state, as they generate fu-ture criminals and undermine the social values. Ado-lescents are susceptible to manipulation and are weak to resist the negative influence of adults, whose actions can deliberately corrupt the fragile psyche and instill false values, so the state bodies activities focus on early identification of such per-sons and bringing them to justice.
