Abstract
The article discusses relevance of the study of perceptual mechanisms in the process of training cadets in Moscow regional branch of the Moscow university of the MIA of Russia named V. Ya. Kikot. The author notices the necessity of taking under control (self-reflection) these perceptual mechanisms to get opportunity to change them for effective development cadet’s professional skills, systematization of perception mental processes. Besides understanding the specific of perception takes the key for awareness logic and mental processes another men. Trainee needs it for improvement their consciousness. In particular the author focuses attention on most important physiological and psychological problems of perception which appear during the actualization perceptual processes. 
 Also the article pays especial attention for disadvantages of the learning system which does not let understand the importance of perceptive process and use it. 
 After the author plans the system of learning perceptual processes and gives theoretical and practical foundation.
