МЕТОДИКА ОБҐРУНТУВАННЯ СИЛ НАЦІОНАЛЬНОЇ ГВАРДІЇ УКРАЇНИ ДЛЯ ВИКОНАННЯ ЗАВДАНЬ ЗА НАДЗВИЧАЙНИХ СИТУАЦІЙ УНАСЛІДОК АВАРІЙ НА ГІДРОТЕХНІЧНИХ СПОРУДАХ

Abstract

The article develops a methodology for substantiating the forces of the National Guard of Ukraine for the performance of tasks in emergency situations as a result of accidents at hydrotechnical structures. The methodology makes it possible to carry out a rational distribution of the forces of the Guard, which will be involved in the performance of official and combat tasks during the occurrence of an emergency situation as a result of an accident at a hydrotechnical structure. It will make it possible to increase the efficiency of decision-making on the use of guard forces due to early planning of actions based on possible options for the development of an emergency situation. Takes into account the performance of everyday service and combat tasks by military units at points of permanent deployment, when engaging personnel to perform tasks caused by the destruction of a hydraulic structure. It allows to reduce the time of decision-making in the conditions of time limitation when the situation is complicated due to the presence of a methodology for monitoring the development of an emergency situation caused by an accident at hydrotechnical structures, the elimination of which involves the forces of the National Guard of Ukraine and models of isolation and restrictive measures (surroundings) of the flooding area.
