Abstract

The study aimed to identify the degree of appreciation of teachers in the public schools in the southern governorates of Palestine for their role in role in promoting awareness of (IHL) to their students and to find out if there are statistical differences between the average scores of the respondents for this Role due to variables (sex, Qualification, years of service). To achieve this, the researcher followed the descriptive / analytical approach by applying a questionnaire consisting of (38) paragraphs divided into three areas: ((Education, practice, knowledge)) on a sample of (955) teachers , 449 responded, as the rest did not know what IHL . The study concluded the results: - (52.9%) of the respondents are completely ignorant of the rules and the meaning of (IHL).
