Abstract

The continuous processes in the banking system in view of the improvement of electronic services have become more and more characteristic in recent years in Bulgaria.Consumers who trust them are also gradually increasing.This research has attempted to analyze the opinions and attitudes of consumers who use debit cards, pay cash with them, and use online banking.The target group of the study are students from the Faculty of Economics at “St. Cyril and St. Methodius” University of Veliko Tarnovo in regular form of training.The survey was conducted through online research tools during the academic year 2018/2019. Conclusions and recommendations are based on the results obtained based on the responses of 340 students (51% of all full-time students).
