Abstract

An information and psychological impact as a specific modern phenomenon and effective means of achieving the objectives at the tactical, operational and strategic levels is analyzed. A system to counteract the negative information impact on personnel and commanding staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the extreme and ordinary operating conditions is examined.
