Abstract
The article presents a three -year analysis of the structure of acute paracetamol poisoning in children. On the example of clinical cases, the tactics of treating patients with acute paracetamol poisoning are described.The effectiveness of the recommended doses and antidote therapy schemes is evaluated. The main factors contributing to the adverse outcome of the disease are indicated.
