Bulgarian Abstract: В доклада са анализирани новите тенденции в областта на защитата на потребителите с поставен акцент на административното сътрудничество между компетентните органи на страните членки на ЕС. На база на нормативния анализ се правят изводи относно приложението на нормите в националното ни право и се отправят препоръки. English Abstract: The report analyzes the new tendencies in the area of consumer protection with accent put on the administrative cooperation between the competent organs of the member states of the EU. Based on the normative analysis are made conclusions about the application of the norms in the national legislation and are made recommendations.
