Требования к организации и проведению внутреннего контроля качества и безопасности медицинской деятельности, утверждённые Приказом Минздрава России от 31.07.2020 г. № 785н: на что необходимо обратить внимание руководителям медицинских организаций

Abstract

The article presents an analysis of individual changes contained in the updated version of the Requirements for the organization and Conduct of Internal Quality Control and Safety of Medical Activities, approved by Order of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation № 785n of 31.07.2020. The authors draw attention to the fact that in 2020 The requirements are supplemented by the fact that the subject of internal control, now including compliance with the rules for conducting laboratory, instrumental, pathologic-anatomical and other types of diagnostic tests, regulations on the organization of medical care by type of medical care, procedures for organizing medical rehabilitation and spa treatment. The article shows that the exclusion of certain provisions from the Requirements, for example, the indication of the need to form a system for evaluating the activities of medical workers in a medical organization, does not mean that the relevant measures are excluded from internal control.
