Abstract

The article discusses new requirements for the characteristics of microgeometry of the working surfaces of machine parts in accordance with GOST R ISO 25178-2— 2014. It is shown that in order to calculate such characteristics, it is necessary to have information about the three-dimensional distribution of the microrelief parameters, that is, to move from the profile parameters of microgeometry to the parameters of its structure. In this regard, the article considers the application of a software method for forming a surface structure based on profilograms obtained by simpler devices.
