Abstract
The issues of entrepreneurship development are currently becoming more and more significant in the Russian Federation. The development of science and technology, socio-economic transformations have led to the recognition that entrepreneurship plays an important role in the development of the state’s economy and the formation of modern society. It is necessary to use all the tools to achieve common goals. Entrepreneurship support is an essential component of the state’s economic and social policy. In this regard, there is a need to create and improve conditions for the conduct and development of entrepreneurship by developing an effective mechanism for financing this area in Russia as a whole.
