واقع استخدام تطبيقات الذکاء الاصطناعي الداعمة لتحول الجامعات الأردنية الحکومية إلى جامعات منتجة من وجهة نظر القيادات الأکاديمية

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة واقع استخدام تطبيقات الذکاء الاصطناعي الداعمة لتحول الجامعات الأردنية الحکومية إلى جامعات منتجة من وجهة نظر القيادات الأکاديمية. واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، تکون مجتمع الدراسة من القيادات الأکاديمية في الجامعات الحکومية في الأردن. کما وتکونت عينة الدراسة من (398) قيادي أکاديمي في الجامعات الأردنية الحکومية، وطبقت استبانة تکونت من ( 58 ) فقرة موزعة على أربعة مجالات هي: (مجال استخدام الذکاء الاصطناعي في التعليم، ومجال استخدام الذکاء الاصطناعي في البحث العلميـ ومجال استخدام الذکاء الاصطناعي في خدمة المجتمع، ومجال استخدام الذکاء الاصطناعي في إدارة الموارد)، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن واقع استخدام تطبيقات الذکاء الاصطناعي الداعمة لتحول الجامعات الأردنية الحکومية إلى جامعات منتجة من وجهة نظر القيادات الأکاديمية جاء بدرجة متوسطة وعلى جميع المجالات. وفي ضوء هذه النتائج يوصي الباحثان بضرورة التوجه نحو استخدام تطبيقات الذکاء الاصطناعي الداعمة لتحول الجامعات الأردنية إلى جامعات منتجة. This study aimed to know the reality of use artificial intelligence applications that support the transformation of Jordanian public universities into productive universities from the point of view of academic leaders. The study population consisted of academic leaders in public universities in Jordan. The study sample consisted of (398) academic leaders. A questionnaire consisting of (58) items was applied, divided into four areas: (the field of using artificial intelligence in education, the field of using artificial intelligence in scientific research, the field of using artificial intelligence in community service, and the field of using artificial intelligence in resource management). The results of the study showed that the reality of using artificial intelligence applications that support the transformation of Jordanian public universities into productive universities from the academic leaders' point of view came to a medium degree and in all fields. In light of these results, and in light of these results the researchers recommends the need to go towards the use of artificial intelligence applications that support the transformation of Jordanian universities into productive universities.
