التحدیات التی تواجه الأخصائیین الاجتماعیین فی التعامل مع جائحة فیروس کورونا وبرنامج مقترح للممارسة العامة فى التغلب علیها

Abstract

ملخص البحث باللغة العربية البحث الحالي يهدف إلي التعرف على التحديات التي تواجه الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين في التعامل مع جائحة فيروس کورونا ، ومقترحاتهم للتغلب علي هذه التحديات. أيضا قدم البحث برنامج مقترح للممارسة العامة يمکن أن يساعد في عملية التغلب علي هذه التحديات. والبحث من نمط الدراسات الوصفية التحليلية ، وتم الاستفادة من منهج المسح الاجتماعي. وتم جمع البيانات المطلوبة من عينة عمدية حجمها 90 أخصائي اجتماعي يعملون في مجالات عديدة من مجالات ممارسة مهنة الخدمة الاجتماعية ، بواسطة استبيان تم توزيعه باليد وفي أحيان أخري تم ارساله بشکل إلکتروني ملف ورد الى الواتس اب او الاميل بواسطة شبکة المعلومات الدولية ( الإنترنت ). ومن أهم نتائج البحث تحديد أهم التحديات وأهمها : مشکلات عدم الالتزام الکامل وکل الوقت من قبل العملاء فى تطبيق الاجراءات الوقائية / الاحترازية. أيضا تم تقديم عدد من المقترحات للتغلب على تلک التحديات والتى من أهمها رفع القدرة المهنية لدي الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين فى اقناع العملاء بالالتزام بالإجراءات الوقائية / الاحترازية . کذلک تم تصميم برنامج مقترح لمواجهة تحديات ممارسة مهنة الخدمة الاجتماعية فى مواجهة وباء فيروس کورونا . الکلمات المفتاحية : فيروس کورونا ، التحديات ، الممارس العام. Challenges facing social workers in dealing with the Coronavirus pandemic and a suggested program for generalist practice in overcoming them Abstract The current research aimed to identify the challenges facing social workers in dealing with the Coronavirus pandemic, and their suggestions to overcome these challenges. The research also presented a suggested program for generalist practice that helps in the process of overcoming these challenges. The research was based on the type of analytical / descriptive studies, and the social survey method has been used. The required data were collected from a non-random sample of 90 social workers working in many fields of practicing the social work profession, By a questionnaire that was distributed by hand and at other times it was distributed in electronic form that was sent to them by the International Information Network (Internet). Among the most important results of the research were the identification of the most important challenges, the most important of which are: problems of non-compliance with full and all-time commitment by clients in applying preventive / precautionary measures. Also, a number of suggestions were presented to overcome these challenges, the most important of which is raising the professional capacity of social workers in persuading clients to adhere to the preventive / precautionary measures. A suggested program had also been designed to meet the challenges of practicing the social work profession in the face of the Coronavirus epidemic. key words : Coronavirus, challenges, generalist practitioner.
