Abstract

The article deals with the problem of the formation of legal principles. The authors conclude that in a modern politically organized society, legal principles are formed mainly in the process of communication between the rule of law and civil society. The features of the formation of legal principles within the framework of various forms of legal activity, the requirements for definition and formulation, as well as their subsequent role in ensuring legal communication between the designated entities are determined.
