Abstract

In the work, an analytical dependence of the specific initial load on the initial contamination of the grain material and the purity of the resulting grain was obtained. A calculation scheme and a mathematical model of circular oscillations of the sieve mill and the movement of the lower layer of grain on the sieve have been compiled. The speed of movement of the lower layer of grain on a sieve was obtained based on the analysis of the nonlinear equation of Professor N.E. Zhukovsky. According to the specific initial load of the under-sowing sieves, the height of the layer and the mass of grain on the sieve and the stability of the kinematic mode of grain separation were established.
