Abstract

The article reveals actual problems of conducting comprehensive forensic psychological and psychiatric examinations of juvenile suicide. The external and internal factors, necessary for expert research, are listed and described in detail. An algorithm for the psychological analysis of factors that could affect the mental state that preceded the death of a minor is presented, as well as a scheme for solving the issue of a causal relationship between the actions of a particular person and the emergence and development of such a mental state. The proposed steps contribute to the most complete and balanced solution of expert questions.
