Abstract
The article examines scientific approaches to defining the concepts of "interaction", "subjects of interaction". Taking into account the interpretation of the above definitions, the definition of the interaction of the State Migration Service of Ukraine with other subjects of the implementation of state policy in the field of migration has been formulated. It is emphasized that the interaction of the State Migration Service of Ukraine with other subjects of the implementation of state policy in the field of migration involves defining the purpose, tasks, principles, forms and methods of such interaction. The system of subjects of interaction in the migration sphere is considered. It has been proven that today there is no single normative legal act that would determine the mechanism of interaction between the subjects of interaction in the field of migration. It is proposed to create an Interdepartmental Council on Migration with the aim of improving interdepartmental cooperation in the field of migration and to approve the Regulation on the Interdepartmental Council on Migration. The purpose of its activity is defined as the coordination of the interaction of the specified bodies regarding the implementation of the state migration policy.
