Abstract
The article analyzes certain evaluative concepts as the most flexible and dynamically developing part of the conceptual framework of social security law to conclude that there is a need to raise the efficiency of contemporary social security law through a detailed study of functions, essence and industryspecific aspects of such concepts and inter-industry links between them.
