Abstract
The article provides a scientific analysis of the legal aspects of transferring state or municipal property in pledge and the need to comply with the requirements of the current Russian legislation, including antimonopoly legislation within of granting state and municipal preferences. The article analyzes the relevant law enforcement practice in the process of control and supervisory activities of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia in this area.
