Abstract

The Article is devoted to the issues of organizational and legal registration of the Society of History, Philology and Law at the Imperial University of Warsaw. The author reveals the goals, means of achieving them, and the structure of the Society, based on the analysis of the provisions of the Charter and the practice of their implementation. The Society of History, Philology and Law at the Imperial University of Warsaw is considered by the author as an element of the system of legal scientific societies established by the beginning of the 20th century, and based on a comparison of the statutory norms of this and other societies, he draws conclusions about the degree of unification or uniqueness of the statutory documents of scientific societies in the field of law.
