ИЗУЧЕНИЕ ДЕЗИНФЕКЦИОННОЙ ЭФФЕКТИВНОСТИ НОВОГО СРЕДСТВА НА ОСНОВЕ ТРЕТИЧНЫХ АМИНОВ ПО ОТНОШЕНИЮ К ГРАМПОЛОЖИТЕЛЬНЫМ И ГРАМОТРИЦАТЕЛЬНЫМ МИКРООРГАНИЗМАМ В ЛАБОРАТОРНЫХ УСЛОВИЯХ

Abstract

It was established that a sample of the disinfectant «STEROX vet» showed disinfection activity against gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms. Disinfection of rough (wood, concrete) test surfaces artificially contaminated with E. coli str. 1257 occurred at a concentration of 1,5% and exposure of 3 hours, S. aureus str. ATCC 6538-P FDA 209-P – at 2% and exposure of 3 hours, at a consumption rate of 0,5 l/m2, Mycobacterium str. B-5 – at a concentration of 5%, double irrigation with an exposure of 24 hours at a consumption rate of 0,5 l/m2 for each application.
