تصور مقترح لتفعیل التکامل التربوی بین کلیة التربیة والآداب، والإدارة العامة للتعلیم بمنطقة تبوک فی ضوء خبرات بعض الدول.

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة: إلى تقديم تصور مقترح لتفعيل التکامل التربوي بين کلية التربية والآداب، والإدارة العامة للتعليم بمنطقة تبوک، وذلک من خلال الکشف عن واقع التکامل التربوي ومعوقاته بناء على الدراسة الميدانية وخبرات بعض الدول. مجتمع الدراسة وعينتها: تکون من قادة وأعضاء هيئة التدريس في کلية التربية والآداب، والبالغ عددهم (194) والقيادات التربوية، ومشرفي ومشرفات الإدارة العامة للتعليم بمنطقة تبوک، والبالغ عددهم (565)، وبلغ حجم العينة المطلوب (255.29)، وقد تم تقريب العدد ليصبح (256) کعينة الدراسة، وبنسبة (33.7%) من حجم مجتمع الدراسة باستخدام أسلوب العينة العشوائية الطبقية. منهج الدراسة وأداتها: تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي، واستخدمت الاستبانة کأداة لجمع البيانات. هذا وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج، أهمها: جاءت استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة لمحور (واقع التکامل التربوي) بدرجة تحقق متوسطة؛ بينما جاءت استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة لمحور (معوقات التکامل التربوي) بدرجة تحقق عالية. کما توصلت الدراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية (0.05 ≥ α) بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة لمحور (واقع التکامل التربوي) تعزى إلى متغير النوع. في حين هناک فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية (0.05 ≥ α) بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة لمحور (معوقات التکامل التربوي) تعزى إلى متغير النوع، لصالح الإناث. کذلک توصلت الدراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05≥ α) بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد العينة لمحوري (واقع التکامل التربوي ومعوقاته) تعزى إلى متغيري: عدد سنوات الخبرة، وجهة العمل. کما قدمت الدراسة تصور مقترح لتفعيل التکامل التربوي بين کلية التربية والآداب والإدارة العامة للتعليم بمنطقة تبوک في ضوء خبرات بعض الدول. أبرز التوصيات: تبني کلية التربية والآداب، والإدارة العامة للتعليم بمنطقة تبوک التصور المقترح، وتهيئة السياسات والإجراءات لتطبيقه. The study aimed to uncover the status-quo and obstacles in terms of educational integration between the College of Education & Arts and the General Administration of Education in TabukCity in order to present a suggested proposal to activate the integration between them based on the field study and the experience of some countries. The study population included leaders and faculty members in the College of Education & Arts totaling (194), educational leaders, male supervisors and female supervisors of the General Administration of Education in TabukCity totaling (565). The required research sample was (255,29), and the number has been rounded to be (256) indicating (33.7%) of the size of the study population via the stratified random sampling method. A descriptive survey approach was used, and a questionnaire was utilized as a tool for data collection. The study revealed several results, the most important of which are: the responses of the study sample individuals about the dimensions (the status-quo of educational integration) came with a moderate degree; the responses of the study sample individuals concerning the dimensions (obstacles to educational integration) with a high degree of verification. The study also found that there were no statistically significant differences (α ≤ 0.05) between the mean scores of the responses of the study sample about the dimensions (the status-quo of the educational integration) due to the gender variable, and there were statistically significanct differences (α ≤ 0.05) between the means of the responses of the study sample concerning the dimension (obstacles to educational integration) due to the gender variable, in favor of females; there were no statistically significant differences at (α ≤ 0.05) level between the means of the responses of the sample members around two dimensions: the status-quo and obstacles to educational integration which are attributed to the variable of the number of years of experience and the nature of work. The study presented a suggested proposal for activating educational integration between the College of Art and Education and the General Administration of Education in Tabuk based on the experiences of some countries. The College of Education & Arts and the General Administration of Education in Tabuk ought to adopt the suggested proposal and develop policies and procedures of implementation.
