Abstract

The purpose of this research was to the follow-up and evaluate of the promote discipline in primary school student at basic education level by means of Tyler’s Goal Attainment Model and evaluating three areas (1). Knowledge about Mechanism model of the promote discipline in students. (2).Utility of the Mechanism model. (3).Outcome of the discipline in primary school student at basic education level. The sample group for this study consisted is students in primary school, teachers and student committee. This sample group have 409 people from 5 schools of the project and selected by Stratified random sampling. A constructed 5-level rating scale and open-ended questionnaire was used as an instrument to collect data. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, Content analysis, t- test, One way-ANOVA and Pearson Product Moment Correlation(rxy).           The research findings revealed that teacher and student committee had knowledge about Mechanism model of the promote discipline in students at excellent level, Utility of the Mechanism model as a whole and in each individual aspect at a high level and outcome of the discipline in primary school student as a whole and in each individual aspect at a high level; 1) Compliance 2) School Rehearsal Practice 3) Appropriate in the time or the place 4) Respecting the rights of other had an average of 3.99, 4.08, 4.19 and 4.11 respectively.
