Abstract

The article reveals the content of the inviolability of private property as one of the main principles of civil law. As elements of the content of this principle, the principles of legal regulation of the procedure for forced purchase of property for state needs are proposed: the principle of invariability of legal regulation; the principle of exclusivity of the forced redemption procedure; the principle of fairness of compensation; the principle of unimpeded judicial protection.
