The complex exercise and functional electrical stimulation program was implemented over 10 weeks, 40 minutes per day, with 2 types of exercise and functional electrical stimulation in a same day. For data analysis, the mean and standard deviation were estimated; 2 way repeated measures ANOVA was carried out. and Dependent t test was carried out even if there is a significantly different within times. BR Results:First, The level of transverses abdominis thickness and lumbar extension strength were significantly increased on time among the groups. Second, the level of VAS was significantly decreased on time among the groups.BR Conclusion:In conclusion, Our results showed that complex therapeutic exercise and functional electrical stimulation after core exercise could improve health status of college students with Chronic Low Back Pain.
