Abstract
The Article covers specifics of the Bodies of the Judiciary as Labor Law element of the Judge’s professional activity. The Author pays attention to Labor Law nature of these Bodies, complicated by Public Law status of Judges as special subjects of law as well as Public Law nature of the delivering justice as a main element of their labor function. The conjunction of the Employer and the Social partnership body functions in the Bodies of the Judiciary action is characterized by features due to the complexity of labor relations with Judges by Public Law component.
